RULES, CHARGES AND ACCESSORIAL SERVICES

CERTIFIED PICKUP SERVICE

  
  DEFINITION - When requested by the customer, the carrier will provide a  
  summary report listing the pickup status of all pickup requests.  
      
  APPLICATION - The customer will submit the request for "Certified Pickup
  Service".  
     
  The carrier will include the reference number on any invoices or EDI 
  communications if the customer provides the reference number in the  
  Certified Pickup Request.  
      
  The carrier will provide the customer with pro numbers in the summary.  
      
  CHARGES - The charges in the following table apply for each pro number  
  in the summary report provided by the carrier.  The party requesting this
  service will be responsible for the charges.
